Husband has filed for full-custody and to take the kids away from the 85-year-old grandmother. His lawyer is asking for the court proceedings to continue. Oh, and he has a girlfriend. Jennifer sued Fotis for divorce in June 2017, alleging that he was having an affair and wanted to move his “paramour” and her 10-year-old daughter into the couple’s 15,000-square-foot home in Farmington. https://nypost.com/2019/05/29/estranged-husband-of-a-missing-connecticut-mom-wants-custody-of-their-kids/
He sounds like a real piece of work.
What a miserable SOB he is. The wife's family basically bankrolled his business AND cosigned for their massive house. Then he stiffed the family on a nearly 2M loan, tried to move a mistress into the marital home PAID FOR by the inlaws, and now the wife is dead? Maaaannnnn..... it kills me to know she sought an emergency protective order to keep him away from the kids. What must he have said or done that made her worry about their safety? I hope he doesnt get to see them. Glad grandma hired an armed guard to protect them til his a$$ is in the slammer.
Did the nanny who took the kids to grandma the same one who watched the kids before they moved out of the marital house? Either way, I'd be scared of that man.
