Coaches claim two locations, Loudoun based teams and Springfield based teams.

Where DA teams will ultimately practice will be based on the geographic composition of the player pool.

FCV is only promising the coming year at Evergreen. If loads of Arlington or other DA caliber players from the Springfield area show up they can easily displace "similar" or "like" talent already rostered on DA in order to determine where practice will be held[/quote]
