Move. Stairs with a C is not a problem; very temporary slight discomfort. Absolutely move ASAP.
+1 I had a C-section with my 3rd kid and had 2 kids 3 and under. In fact, the 2nd kid wasn't even walking when the 3rd was born (all my kids were late walkers). Our condo was on the 3rd floor. I hated the C-section and slept like shit because of it but stairs weren't an issue. Oh, and the washer/dryer were in the basement. Move!
OP here. But they tell you not to use stairs?
I lived in a third floor walk up when I had my c section. Take the stairs slowly, don’t carry things up and down the stairs until you’re feeling stronger, and rest if you feel like you need to. One of my neighbors put a folding chair on the second floor landing for me and would try and insist that I sit down for a rest. I never needed to, the stairs actually weren’t the worst part. The doctors warn you about those, but not how difficult it will be to try and get up after sitting down on an extra soft, cushiony couch.
