I don’t think people bring their dogs to howard’s Campus intending to use their lawn as a bathroom. Howard is smack dab in the middle of houses and stores that residents want to get to. I wouldn’t want my dog to go to the bathroom on their campus (nor would I play fetch with my dog there), but it’s not like you can tell a dog to hold it if nature calls. Dogs poop on my lawn all the time — I don’t like it, but I won’t throw a fit about it (and I’m not even an open campus!)[/quote]
