[/quote] You get it’s not really a ship, right?[/quote] Haha, right, but it’s a metaphor/analogy where the comparison between the items has to make sense. You don’t have three flagships, only one. You have to look at the history of each state’s higher education system to understand why one school is the flagship for that particular state (except New York, of course, where they decided to not have a flagship school).
