And like a pp posted, with one client, it looks like the kid wasn't going to get extra time. The ACT agreed to it because the FBI directed them to because they were onto the scam. That shows that Singer didn't have anyone he was paying off to approve extra time and in most cases it just worked. It was a gamble for the parents though. I wonder how many parents paid for the extra time, but never ended up getting approved. I think that's why many parents went for the fake athletic recruitment option.
