We bought our house in N Arlington off market when our realtor posted to a realtor group page asking about upcoming listings that fit our requirements. She did say we really lucked out though because these off market deals are rare in N Arlington. But I think she also might have said they’re not as rare when the home needs significant updating. Maybe if you’re realtor noted you don’t need updated/turnkey you’d get a response or two from people that don’t want the hassle of updating/preparing for open houses. [/quote]
