And let me clarify in case it wasn’t clear. These are professionals with college degrees providing a valuable service and performing well at their jobs.  Some of them will never manage a team, either due to a lack of ability or lack of ambition, but they are good employees who aren’t taking tickets or flipping burgers. [/quote]
