[/quote] I don't know how many calories I burn? I am pretty active, but not for last two weeks. Too much work and deadlines. So, I do have muscles. I do yoga regularly(again not for the last 2 weeks). Normally I work out 4 times a week. Light cardio and yoga. I am definitely not running anything. Yesterday I drove a lot, so probably less calories burned than normal. I mean, I said I think 1 lbs will stick. We will see in a week or so.[/quote] Average person burns 1600-3000 calories per day.
