You do not have a single Public IP address forever. Being that it is an anonymous forum, there is no true way to permanently block someone, as even if it did have tracking with a cookie or combination of cookie and your public IP address, neither of those things are permanent.[/quote] I guess technically it would be possible if your ISP is using an IPV6 which they derive a unique identifier for your router, but even then all you would have to do is access from another router. IE you got blocked at home then get on at starbucks. No way to block a person specifically though.[/quote]
