Op here. They say it's refundable. I don't understand why they mentioned this line on the lease. If the application is denied you would not move on to the lease. They also miscalculated the prorated rent for February. They added an additional day but the move in date was set up for Saturday. This place is a mess. Now we have to get a cashier's check for almost 3.5k. I was told we would only have to pay for February when we toured. The leasing agent said after the 20th you must pay for the next month. This person must be new. She's nice but clueless. Most of the leasing agents I have met here have very bad attitudes. This one must be new because she's very sweet. [/quote]
