[/b] [/quote] Yeah don't be so excited. At my apartment complex, also in Georgia, you can pay online but the system is not able to take payments from the 25th-1st of the month. However if you log on before the 25th, it rarely shows that you owe anything in your account so you can't pay because you have a $0 balance. In other words, you can only pay after it's actually due. I've rented many apartments in Atlanta and Savannah and they are always managed poorly. [/quote]
