are making a left turn;

Clearly you don’t if you’re the person who keeps saying that when you turn right, you temporarily swing into the left lane. That is against the law. If you are not then you still don’t know what you’re doing. If there are two lanes [b]the left turner doesn’t have to yield to you as they are to turn into the left lane and you into the right[/b]. If they are turning into your lane then that isn’t about yielding incorrectly - that is just driving illegally.[/quote]
