But if Trump had commissioned study to develop a convincing multi-faceted approach, I think he'd have no problem getting the money. But he just wants a thing called a "wall" and he doesn't care how much it costs, what it looks like, how effective it is, or what other options there are. Because he doesn't care, he doesn't understand that other people do care. And he doesn't care that doing a study is normally how government and business works. I can promise you he never built one hotel without someone doing a lot of legwork to identify opportunities and making a business case proving it would work. I don't know if he ever saw or cared about the business case, but somebody in Trump Org. was trying to keep his projects in the black.[/quote]
