If someone offered my four-year old a soda I'd say, she doesn't drink soda. Because she doesn't. But we don't do soda just sounds obnoxious. If you don't think it does, fine, but plenty of people here are telling you that it does. And I'm someone whose family doesn't "do" a lot of things and have never used that phrase.[/quote]
