I'd guess that one would have as much time as they'd like, given it is a pre-offer to a player who is highly desired by the club. But I could also see the coaches and club putting a fair amount of pressure on the child to accept quickly, given the desire to lock-down certain players early. I appreciate this would be a nice problem to have for one's kid, but I am just curious of how it should be handled if, for example, your child was looking at a couple of clubs and received an early offer from one club before any of the other clubs.
