I have no idea whether anything happened with JL, but this is an industry with far more supply than demand. There are lots of actresses who are attractive enough and decent enough acting skills, so how do some of them become stars while most don't? Some of the successful ones probably did willingly sleep with some pig to gain the competitive edge. JL and tons of others aren't the most beautiful or talented so there's lots of competition at that level. Who knows how JL was able to rise above the others. Could have been luck or networking too, but it sure wasn't extreme talent.[/quote]
