Some people really are very petty and will throw jabs anywhere they can. I had a coworker who intentionally called me by my married name post divorce, even though I had changed it. I used to ignore it because I knew the type of person she was and was clear it was being done on purpose. One day I decided to say something and she looked completely satisfied with having gotten under my skin. The ‘error’ immediately stopped.[/quote]
