OP, I see and talk to dead people nearly every day. I’m a medium. And a minister. You don’t have to believe in an afterlife. But I’m telling you that when our physical bodies die, we continue to exist. I can always validate my messages from people who have transitioned. It’s not about religion. We simply do not cease to exist. Our death is exactly like our birth. We move from one reality to the next.
You're a medium? I am an extra large. If you genuinely believe what you say, you are deluded and need help. And if you don't -- well, that's the only time I wish there actually was a hell, so people like you that exploit the grieving could burn in it. Also flying around this thread: - The Argument from Ignorance Fallacy - The Argument from Authority Fallacy
You sound deeply unhappy. I’m really sorry for whatever caused this. You don’t have to agree with someone to be kind. Wishing you peace.
It's not about agreeing or disagreeing. "Mediums" are charlatans who take money from the grieving and lie to them. That disgusts me. And I am deeply, deeply happy, for your edification.
I don’t charge for mediumship. I have no problem with those who do. And I do charge for other services - weddings, house blessings, workshops, speaking, etc. But when I read for people, I do it purely as a gift. You seem to have a lot of anger towards people you don’t even know. No one is asking you to believe in psychic ability. I would encourage you to think about where all the rage comes from. You’ve viciously attacked several people in this thread. You even suggested I should burn in hell. That’s not normal.
Np. Can you do a reading for me? Can you 'read' me and talk to my beloved people who are deceased?
I’m not great at distance readings. I wish I were. There really isn’t any reason it is more difficult for me. Time and space are meaningless when we are communicating in the spiritual world. But I’ve always had difficulty connecting when I can’t be physically near someone. Sometimes I can do it, especially if a deceased loved one really wants to get a message through. It’s something I am continually working on. I would love to develop this ability. I connect so easily face to face. If I were better able to connect, I would do online readings often. I love helping people communicate with spirits! There is a reader on dcum who is a rock star at distance readings. Maybe she’ll see this thread and do some readings.
Yep, charlatan. The reason it's more difficult for you is because you can't play on someone'e emotions as easily on the internet, as in person. Stop leading people on with your bull.
PP, oddly, there is a significant cohort of people on DCUM who believe in this stuff. It kind of boggles my mind, but it’s true. People rise up to defend this kind of thing here. Go figure.
