But, ok, 692 new units. Assuming that they're high-rise buildings (I think that the county Planning Department considers 5 or more stories to be high-rise), and applying the county generation rates for the southwest region even though it's a City of Rockville development, we get:

69 elementary students (0.099 per unit)
27 middle-school students (0.039 per unit)
35 high school students (0.051 per unit)

Plus 69 kids added to Beall is a lot.  Beall can absorb it since the new school took 300 kids from Bealll but they also got rid of most of their portables.  Total enrollment will be in the mid to low 500’s...so adding 69 kids is a 10% increase in a short period of time.[/quote]
