My guess is, she knew what this meant (how could you not?) but then had second thoughts since she was engaged.  He kept pushing for more but when she refused he let her leave.  This is also not rape or a crime though it is inappropriate for him to do this with a subordinate.  The article talks about a “Native American handshake”.  I’m sorry but a handshake is not sexual assault.  That is the only touching she says he did.  He’s an ackward nerd that invited a woman to his apartment, just the two of them, for wine.  In the article she called him a “sexual predator”.  He shook her hand and hit on her.  That’s it.  He didn’t rape her or prevent her from exiting his apartment.  This is not Bill Cosby.  The term sexual predator is being thrown around way too readily these days.[/quote]
