BIL called Other Guy to talk to him. She completely denied any involvement. Pretty solid proof came out, via a mutual friend who BIL knows and trusts. Like photos of her with the other guy at an out of state event when she was supposedly exclusive with BIL. She then changed her tune and said she was going to help with a party (which mutual friend was throwing, and confirmed no, she was not there to help).

BIL did not. Immediately throw her out of the house. Sounded like he was going to meet with other guy next week to look at the texts first hand, he didn't totally believe the copy/paste. As of now BIL has all evidence, is still with her but you can see he has serious doubts. He thanked us for making sure he found out and leaving the decision to him.

It has become very clear she for sure was claiming to be exclusive with BIL at the time she was seeing the other guy and if true, this is a deal breaker for BIL. I guess the question is if you believe the other guy and our impartial 3rd friend. I do. BIL isn't sure yet. I suspect the relationship will limp along awhile but he will always have doubts. BIL is a jealous guy and that won't work out long term. [/quote]
