Where did you get that list? Compared to 18-19, it removes Payne and Langdon. Wonder why the removals--did they think they wouldn't have enough room?

Probably in past years they were nowhere near maxing out their existing capacity but now they are too close for comfort.  Some schools would be able to add a room, but others not.[/quote]
