Its all in their database. MCPS makes the prinicipals log every incident in their central database. Its all there.
Believe me not everything is logged.
Agree completely. Definitely lots of incidents at our ES that do not get logged.
Students are bringing guns to your ES?
DP, but there was a kid who got in trouble recently for bringing a toy gun to Wood MS!
A child brought an airsoft gun to Hoover MS. There have also been arrests of staff at both Hoover and Churchill. Many cases are shut down and handled behind close doors to keep the immediate community unaware let alone the county wide community. The reports that have been discussed in the media are only a small fraction of the actual problems MCPS knows about in their schools. Parents need to take the Personal Body Safety lessons seriously and talk with their kids. Child predators, drugs, and weapons are probably in every school in MCPS.
