This is a textbook example of how self-talk ("I'm a freak and a failure") causes feelings ("I feel like a failure") including future catastrophic thinking ("eternity of me at an orgy").

PLEASE make an appointment with a therapist.

Feeling better about yourself may or may not eventually lead to opportunities for sex, but staying in the same mental space you are in now will likely BAR any such opportunities and even if you do stumble into sex one way or another it is NOT going to be fun if that's how you are feeling.

+1 Plenty of people who are not conventionally attractive, not fit, and have weird personalities have satisfying sexual relationships. You just need to have enough confidence meet people. If you just can't do it, therapy is the way to go. [/quote]
