Ask anyone who works with these cases at the MCPD. They will tell you quickly how there is something fundamentally wrong with the culture at MCPS that allows these types of incidents to occur over and over. There is very little focus on protecting students. Almost every other week, there is a case that ends up at the PD - bus drivers, staff, teachers, coaches, security people, other students. Insane.
