Calm down.  People are looking for anyway to not pay full price for college. So what? College is way overpriced. People are literally mortgaging their futures so they/their kids can addend college. And, yes, sometimes those people have a dream college, be it in-state or not. There is nothing wrong with any of that. So, I'm not sure why you're being such an ass.[/quote]nobody pays full price for college any more than they pay full price for drugs. [/quote]
