+1, everyone is putting the blame on the schools when this happened due to the parents either supporting it, making it happen or ignoring it happening.  The school has blame to what is done on campus, like the yearbook but this has nothing to do with the current kids or administrations of these schools.  These things were happening everywhere all over the country, including public schools.  I went to an MCPS public and these parties were happening there too.[/quote]
