And I was still the same dress size - pants around 8-10 depending on brand. My waist was definitely more defined and my arms and legs had better tone. It was funny because I would have gotten discouraged with the lack of progress to a smaller dress size, but all the compliments definitely helped. People notice - even if you don’t. [/quote]
