This is the 4th time we've lived in the DC area. 2. My DH is a Fed. All roads lead back here over and over again. We would never voluntarily choose to live here. 3. See #2. We PCSd here for a Fed promotion. 4. We have lived in NOVA, DC, and MOCO. We chose NOVA again because the schools are dramatically better and the people are normal. We liked living in DC. Hated MOCO.
