True, there's some maintenance but the high price of rents can make up for minor repairs, no?[/quote] Thanks to the economy here and zillow, I have less than a 2% vacancy rate. Yes, there are always repairs, but rents make ip for ot. A key is to have a great handyman who is reasonably priced. [/quote]
