OP here. Yes, you get it. Essentially, DH wants what he calls “FU money.”

They talk about "F U Money" all the time on that show Billions. But they mean, you know, billions of dollars. Normal people can't earn that much in a lifetime.[/quote]

I disagree. I think FU money is the amount you need to walk away from a job you truly hate to give you the time to find something you truly like. Or, to simply say I have enough and I'm going to retire. [/quote]
