It's a safe "urban" neighborhood for people who grew up in Peoria, the wealthy suburbs of Columbus, or Connecticut. It's a fabricated bubble of insolent inherited wealth, high prices, and gimmicky shlock. The Navy Yard definitely feels a bit more organic to me and has better day-to-day amenities for actual living (grocery stores, pharmacies, dry cleaners, salons, etc.) That said, the Anthem is truly awesome.[/quote]
