What is the classroom size for a K class? Does it depend on the school, because of space requirements? Or is it just number of heads?
APS sets the cap for class sizes at each grade, but I don't have time to find the link for you. I think it's 22 for K, right now. Any APS school cannot go over 22 kids in a K classroom, and a school cannot turn students away so they would somehow need to find a way to create more homerooms if needed. For example, at McKinley right now they have Spanish in trailers. During construction, Spanish was on carts. That would be one option, to move more 4th grade classes into trailers and put Spanish back on carts.
