So 4 years from now it will likely be more than $70k for private colleges or the top OOS state universities. We had about the same amount saved before DC started, and paid the balance out of income. We have about $50k left for grad school (which obviously won't cover much, but is at least a start). We did very modest spending money, and DC worked each summer for the bulk of spending $.[/quote]
