Wanting to minimize the discomfort of a baby who wants to be held and screams when in a car seat is a reason. Wanting to save $1000 (or the the $250 it cost me to fly to my in-laws with my 9-month-old) is a reason. You just don’t think those reasons are good enough, which makes it pretty clear that your agenda is actually to post about how you’re a responsible parent and everyone who doesn’t buy a seat for their baby is not.
