Question - my tween DD is probably still a large A cup but she has definitely filled out an needs a real bra; the pullover bras on the kids’ section at Target aren’t doing the trick anymore. But I’m very hesitant about padding because they make breasts appear larger, and I don’t want my young DD to get unwanted attention. What are people’s thoughts on this? I’m curious about the “lightly padded” bras that PP mentioned.
My daughter buys the lightly padded more like molded) bras at Target. They do not make her look "big" in in any meaningful way (she's a 32AA, if that matters). She previously complained about tenderness around her nipple, and her nipples just kind of poked out without the benefit of the fuller breast and looked really obvious. The padded/molded bra made her breast shape more subtle by toning down the nipple area - and it felt better.
