[/quote] Just one issue is that you subbed a fruit that is 90% water (watermelon) for a fruit that is full of carbs (apple). This isn't the entire reason you aren't losing but it shows you don't understand nutrition very well. It's all about calories in and calories out. Doesn't matter how healthy the food are if you're not in a calorie deficit. You will nkt lose. [/quote]
