[/quote] wow. I don't even know where to start with this your daughter is not you Nora she an extension of you. She is her own person with her own body . You have no obligation to teach your daughter at all about how an adult woman should take care of her body. Your job is to teach your daughter nutrition and healthy exercise and how to best take care of her growing body. Telling her what she needs and doesn't need based on your experience is absolutely setting up some kind of disordered, dysmorphic thinking of looking at your body[/quote]
