I'm not super familiar with the new fraternity housing (which looks really nice from the outside), but the sorority houses each fit ~20 women out of a 100 person sorority. It's usually the sorority exec board and a handful of seniors that live in a sorority house. Most of the women in sororities are spread out over all the campus housing and apartments, so there is not the same feeling of exclusivity that develops at some schools with the large, off-campus greek houses.
