Thank you to those Ladies giving me support! lol I'm not crazy, I'm just a mom that was looking for a house with my husband but was swamped with our 2 preschooler kids when this flirty pretty realtor suddenly appeared in our lives when buying our first home. This was our first home that we were buying and it was a real eye opener. I am surprised by how some women who are salespeople act towards married men bottom line. I was taken aback by how flirtatious in nature she was. I'm not kidding you all when I say that she was laughing so loudy and eagerly with my DH that I could hear her from the back bedroom (where my preschooler ran off too) when she was chatting with my DH in the kitchen. And equally appalled that my DH was happily chatting back and perking up to her flirtatious nature. I have NEVER seen that before in our whole marriage! lol I'm not saying that my DH caused her divorce, nothing like that at all. I'm simply stating that on her end, it proves to me that she was "going through" something in her own marriage and either innocently or trying to meet a need for (family, closeness, support, proving she still "has it", insert whatever) that she did indeed act that way. And it was inappropriate. All in all, I'm over it now. It raises some interesting issues and conversations. For example, DH now knows if a salesperson or a coworker acts overly flirty towards him that it's NOT APPROPRIATE to engage back when you are married with children!! To a women's ear you have to say something indirectly to give them a clue that you are married with kids instead of engaging back so they understand. "Oh, my wife will kill me if I'm late picking up my children from the daycare" or " My wife would love that couch". etc... Women understand that kind of talk and I'm had to tell him what he needs to say basically to show a measure of respect.
