What is this supposed to mean??? That hiding this horrific situation would have been better to preserve the relationship between the college and the city?? People have the right to know what environment surrounds them and/or their children if they are at or live near the college , but particularly families who either have students there or are considering sending their children to this college. It is terrible for the arrested students to have their names and faces identified, but the responsibility is theirs for what they got involved in, which is not simply using drugs, but selling it to others, which is way much more destructive. It sounds like the student body and possibly the college administration care way much less about human beings health and lives  including those of the students than about their image and ensuring that W&M continues to be falsely advertised as a top notch school.
