They were due last week but the late fee is pretty minimal.

We have been at high point for a couple years. The fee increase put a sour taste in my mouth as well. We ended up renewing this year but will probably switch to Tuckahoe when we get off the waitlist (hopefully next year). Tuckahoe is a little more (and the buy-in fee is much higher) but it's year-round and has a lot more amenities.

Us too.  We'll probably end up renewing this year because otherwise we'll not belong anywhere, but will leave once we get into Tuckahoe (nice to "find" another family thinking the same way we are about HP and Tuckahoe).  We thought the same thing - might as well pay a little more but get a lot more amenities. [/quote]
