My dd turned 5 in August, and is in K. Recently she cried to me because some little boy told her she's too young for kindergarten, that she should be in pre-k. I cannot imagine that the kids care in less a parent or someone said something. Your kid is an August kid and on time. I sent my kid early and no one has ever made him feel bad. Some of the parents don't realize he is a year younger than his good friends until I tell them but no one cares.[/quote]
