[quote=Anonymous][quote=Anonymous]Many colleges try to gain ranking but if they are, they are working hard to increase their school in academics, buildings, students, and professors. Northeastern is a beautiful condense campus in the middle of Boston. A much nicer atmosphere than the long stretch of BU. Their co-op and study abroad programs are top notch and because of the co-ops their graduation rates and those in employment within 6 months have sky rocketed. Drexel is trying to mimic them. I think if the OP’s daughter wants an urban campus that focuses on employment, it is great. Tulane has a much larger range of majors/minors, has a more true campus vibe as not many people leave and come back the way Northeastern does. But Boston is a huge college city and there is a lot to go. Tulane students rarely leave Tulane. And of course the weather is much nicer in Tulane once you get passed the first month.
