[/quote] Enh, I'm pretty confident we got our house over other offers because I was massively pregnant and we wrote a very sweet letter about growing our family in their home. We bought from elderly original owners who were packing up to go live with an adult child, so they probably appreciated the sentimental stuff.[/quote] Those letters should be banned or at least not opened.
