I actually don't have childcare issues, I do have issues with other female (or male) employees who can't get their s*it together regarding childcare, and maintain next to no leave because of it, and then they want to take LWOP. Sorry, not happening. [/quote]

Good lord. The bitterness here is astounding. People who take LWOP are NOT getting paid for work that they are not doing. Often times any benefits they acrue will also be affected by the amount of LWOP. When did you lose any sense of decorum and respect for people in your village, and for yourself?[/quote]
