[/quote] I believe that is almost the case at UCLA and Berkeley which is why the residents got upset and the REgents and then State had to limit the no. of OOS/International seats to 20%. Berkeley and UCLA are very "hot" with the Chinese students. THe other internationals focus one a wider range of schools in the U.S.[/quote]
