My mom works in service but she is in one of the few fields (beauty) where you can really hustle your way to quite high wages, but you are working brutal hours to get there, but I am sure a lot applies. I do have a cleaning service, but I intentionally hired one that was just an owner/operator and a couple of her employees, her rates aren't cheap really but I am happy to pay an actual living wage![/quote]
