We love our Wolf, and we love, love love our griddle. Use it almost every day. We have three kids - and can make so many dinners (grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled veggies, fried eggs, pancakes and quesadillas) for all three of them within 5 minutes. You can learn how to clean it from a YouTube video. They use white vinegar and a scrubber.

I don't know if we'll get all the money back, but it has been great to use convection oven, small oven and griddle in the meantime. We had a few issues with it at the beginning but the customer service was pretty good and they extended the warranty to cover any future problems. I will probably put a Wolf in our new house if/when I renovate it.
